Scenic Ridge Apartments

I absolutely love living at this apartment complex. From day one, the management team has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort. The maintenance staff is outstanding — they respond quickly and always go above and beyond to keep everything in top condition. It’s rare to find a place that combines great management, modern living, and such a warm sense of community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming community.

We moved out of our apartment early after being told that we would get reimbursed by the new tenant. We cleaned the apartment thoroughly and then Scenic Ridge said that they would do their own additional cleaning before the new tenant would move in. Two weeks later we were informed by Scenic Ridge via mail that the new tenant did not move in early because they were not satisfied with the cleaning even though Scenic Ridge said they were going to clean too so we did not get reimbursed at all. We had also asked if we could sublet our apartment the last month and they told us no. Very much not satisfied with management.

I've been living in Madison for 8 years now and for the last 3 years I have been living at Scenic Ridge and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Throughout my time here I have been only treated with kindness and respect. For instance, my dishwasher broke down and I contacted maintenance and they responded the same the same day. They told me that they will try their best to get me a new washer as quick as they could, yet I asked if there is anyway that they can get it to me quicker. Maintenance said they will do what they can and what do you know, 2 days later a brand new dishwasher was installed at my apartment with no charge! Another time I was contacted by management that my rent wasn't paid and I saw that I had a late fee. I realized that when I switched banks I forgot to

While the location is decent, the management is so inept and greedy I wish I had never heard of this place! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They blatantly steal from their tenants, they will always make up some bogus reason to keep your security deposit! Not only that, but they are discriminatory as well. For the amount of money they charge you would expect much, much better. Do not waste your time here.

Nice place to live. Good area. However management is super incompetent—always looking for ways to get your money. Lived there for two years and never had a good experience with management. Also good luck getting your whole security deposit back even if your apartment is spotless.
