Shores Title Agency LLC

I purchased a property in 2020 and Shores Title handled both the buyer and the seller side. I recently received a Bill From the IRS for over $7,000 due to Shores Title FAILING TO FILE PAPERS THAT WERE REQUIRED. Since the seller of the property was not a US Citizen the IRS is now coming after me for penalties and interest due to their negligence. I have spoke with the office manager who claimed to pass this off to their attorney. When i called to follow up she refused to provide any assistance and just told me to have my attorney call theirs. When mine did they had no idea this was even going on. This title company is a joke and do not care that they not only do not complete the tasks they are required to but when the fines and penalties come out they also refuse to take responsibilit
