Riviera Terrace Condominium

I've been here for a few months now and most folks are very nice and helpful. Pool deck/pool were clean and maintained all summer. Great location...Zefs, Brownies, Watermark and Mike's are just a short bike ride/walk away.

Horrible this place used to be excellent... new managment is horrible!!! They dont want to do anything to help you in anyway shape or form. Its June 10th now and pool still not open and probably wont be in time to enjoy for summer. At very least it will be freezing even if they do get it opened. Their reasoning is to do restorations, now call me crazy but don't you think that is something you could've anticipated PRIOR to June/July? Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone anymore sadly prior to this new company hands down would've... The list goes on with issues it's not just pool, its maintenance, plumbing ect.... Office manager can NOT deal with the public. She thinks shes above it.. what is world coming to

If I could rate no stars I totally would. This new management at riviera terrace is something that for sure. I've been here 5 + years and just within these last few weeks we have had new management chance 2 times as of now. And this must recent one is just off the wall thinking they can say and do whatever they please as if they are higher then you. I have asked many times about parking spot as I'm paying extra for a spot that doesn't even exist and they told me that not there priority and hung up on me... other problems our doors have keys to everything reason I loved it here now anyone can use any key to get in our building they will not even listen to anyone I'm not the first to say anything... water problems in building and other have called to be told I dont need to talk to you an

We owned a condo here over 10 years and the new management makes this place not feel like home anymore. Very disrespectful to my guest and make up rules as they go . I wish I could give them no stars cuz they definitely deserve it . I recommend not renting or buying a property here anymore.

I should have moved there, it's beautiful!
