Me and my husband are in the process of purchasing our first home, so we are new to a lot of the entire process it entails. I called Home Inspection Professionals on a Wednesday and we got our inspection scheduled and done 2 days later on Friday. Kevin was the one who did the inspection, and he was absolutely incredible. He walked through every inch of the house inside and out with us and was more than thorough. After every touchpoint he asked if we had any questions. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. One thing we really appreciated was when he was talking about something really important, rather than telling us and just asking if we had any questions he asked if we knew what it was he was talking about to open conversation and make sure we knew. He was so kind

Genuinely would not recommend them. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but they just prove unworthy. They inspected two other houses of people we know and they said they didn’t recommend them but we figured our real estate agent recommended them so let’s still try it. The guy that inspected our home was very nice. He was reassuring and didn’t make anything seem like a big deal which is good and bad. However, he was not able to scope our drains entirely because of the layout and just overall lack of knowledge of our system. Now, i know he probably could have if he had known more but you cant know everything i guess which i dont blame anyone for. We later had plumbing issues but if we had more information (him knowing there was another spot he could have scoped and seen the problem

Kevin was very thorough and very professional. He showed us everything that was wrong in the home we were thinking about purchasing and explained it to us, which helped with our decision making. He was great!
