Lakeshore Apartments

Shores Capital, Nautical Mile Apartments are thieves. They stole my $995 deposit because I refused to sign their lease because of their “trash” stairs. I applied for the upper unit. I went to check the apartment out and I liked everything but the staircase which is made of wood. Very old and very unsafe. I decided within 24 hrs of hading over the deposit that it was not an IDEAL fit for me and my young child being that’s the staircase to the apartment that we’d have to use DAILY. Hanna Gross told me that she will be keeping my $995 dollars. I literally backed out within 24 hrs due to the trash staircase that literally looks like hay being it’s so old and it caves in as you walk up. But she told me it passed inspection and I will NOT be getting my deposit back on a lease I didn’t even sign.

Lakeshore apartments is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and so is the location. Parking can be bad at times but thats usually due to other bussiness parking in our lot.

The photos they are showing you of the lake access are totally deceiving. They are of the private VFW Hall across the street and you only have access if you pay to become a member. Parking is terrible.
