Sherwood Park Apartments

Pros: quick app process, second chance friendly, more affordable, allows split pay, very spacious, no towing, usually 2 months free on lease, great communication from leasing staff Cons: high crime neighborhood, ( shootings, break ins, car break ins, robbery) rats, mold, water is paid separate Amazing staff but this apartment itself it just too old in my opinion. Theres only so much they can do the apartment itself needs to be upgraded. I came to the apartments as soon as it got sold to this new company. Before Crystal took over there were shootings almost every single night in front of my building. The maintenance would come in and fix something then break something else. They did get me in quickly. A breeze!! Amazing women!! Tia Tillman, my leasing agent, for Sherwood Park Apartments is without a doubt an angel! She not only had patience, understanding, calm, and the very definition of professionalism! She was VERY informative, accommodating, and helpful!! They worked with me to help make it possible for me to attain my new residence! Not to mention kind and concerned with this winter weather moving in this week! I whole heartedly recommend visiting this establishment if anyone is in need for a new place to call home! Thank you Tia Tillman for EVERYTHING!!

I’ve had a good experience at Sherwood Park Apartments. The community is quiet and comfortable. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds quickly when needed. The community manager, Crystal, is professional and kind. She communicates well and truly cares about the residents. Overall, it’s been a nice place to live, and I would recommend it.

The staff here is amazing . Maintenance is responsive. Anytime you let your issue be known , they work hard to get it resolved. Miss Cristal is always helpful and friendly. She makes you feel like you are family . I recommend this location if you want more of a community feel . Glad to be here !!!

have been searching for an apt to move into in quite a rush due to my house being sold. After trying to apply thru another property, Icon Lakewood, on Dec 9 and paying fees upfront, I have not been able to get them to answer me, or give me anything other than it is under review. They knew my situation and told me as long as I put app in that night, they could get me in. Well….it is Dec 23…and I still have no answer. I saw this property online and read reviews about the staff and Tia to note, I put in my app 12/22 and by mid day was told I was preapproved and they needed a few pieces of info. This morning Tia has reached out and let me know they are trying to get me into a unit that would fit me more comfortably. I am so thankful that I was able to find them and work w Tia. Sh
