Sherwood Park Apartments

After living here for 5 years, I can confidently say this place is a masterclass in how not to run an apartment complex. Management has changed more times than I can count usually after yet another audit but the problems always stay the same. I’ve had to call the Board of Health multiple times just to get serious issues addressed, including a moldy bathroom and toilet water leaking through the ceiling into my kitchen while I was pregnant. That should’ve been enough to light a fire under them, but apparently basic health and safety don’t make the priority list here. Instead, management seems more focused on collecting fines than fixing problems. $50 here, $50 there even for something as innocent as a child’s bike left outside. I had my car parked in a "visitor" parking spot for about 2 hours and they had it towed. Cost me about $250 dollars to get it from the towyard. My brother died last week in Worcester and I was having a rough day. The management looked right at me when I had gone to the office for another "issue" and said "Well I wonder why..." Maintenance does everyone else's yard but mine. And when I had mentioned it I was told that I wasn't telling the truth.

Current management much improved. Ignore the older reviews. Most of the weaknesses of prior management have been fixed and new management is much better at resolving issues.

I don't like this place i been living here for one year and i going to move because this people do not respect you property or parking spot and you call the office and make complains and they prefer that you leave to solve the problems this is like a ghetto is not worth living here and the 85% here are Brazilians I'm not racist but these people are something from other planets omg they don't respect nothing and there children do not respect his elder. I hate this place thanks God i am out of here.

I have lived here over 2 years and people have no respect for others or their stuff it's crazy how you call and complain and nothing has ever been done
