I just had home inspection Dec 2025.He missed out that there is no dryer vent and no washer receptacle in the laundry room.Did not also notice the continuity of the roof gutter. Now Im making all these repairs.I tried to send an email and text but no response. Other than that everything in the report was fine.So try to research other inspection company if none then Sherwood is your last option..

I just had my inspection done with Jay and Mike, THEY WERE WONDERFUL. Very thorough and respectful. They made me feel totally safe about my home purchase. Jay explained all of our systems to us and gave us tips on how to maintain them. He even helped us prioritize projects and told us that the company had vetted and reasonable contractors to handle the items needed. Mike explained our septic system and made great suggestions for maintenance and upgrades. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

AVOID THIS INSPECTION COMPANY AT ALL COST. I am extremely disappointed with the inspection service I received from Carl. During the inspection, the inspector acknowledged some concerns in the basement but completely downplayed them and did not document them in the report. Shortly after closing, the basement flooded. As a buyer, I relied on the professional inspection to identify potential risks especially in areas as critical as the foundation and moisture issues. Instead, I was left with a major and very costly problem that should have been flagged before the purchase. SEE FLOODED BASEMENT IN PHOTO AREA SECTION.
