I used MKI for my home inspection due to the good ratings and reviews. I was very happy with the Service. Marc schedule my appointment immediately. He was professional, courteous and the price was good. He later emailed a detailed report which showed the entire home inspection and highlighted what needs be followed up. I highly recommend MKI.

Marc was thorough and explained things so I could understand them. We had him inspect a home we were in the process of buying and he found some issues that were deal breakers that the seller's own inspectors didn't find a year ago. We then had him inspect the second home we got into contract for and he called out issues that the sellers agreed to fix. He was never alarmist but called out issues found and walked me through what the process would look like so when I spoke to a the electricians I had a good idea of what to expect. I spoke to 3 electricians who all gave the same suggestions without my input so I felt confident he and they knew what they were talking about.
