⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Pro Property Management LLC. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always communicating clearly and addressing any questions or concerns right away. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service truly sets them apart. It’s clear they genuinely care about both property owners and tenants. I highly recommend Pro Property Management LLC to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management services!

Rented at Willow Springs in New Milford, and it was a nightmare. Recurring mice in the kitchen (no warning before lease signing), constant noise from upstairs neighbors, and an AC that didn’t work half the summer. The apartment is poorly insulated, driving my winter electricity bills through the roof, and management’s “solutions” were always cheap, temporary fixes. Paid $2,200/month on time, living with a toddler, constantly worrying about health and safety. Only 2 stars because they handled minor issues like a toilet leak quickly. I would never recommend this company.

From scheduling a viewing through picking up the keys and beyond, Tony has been responsive and easy to work with. Any concerns I've had have been addressed quickly and thoroughly. Karen then followed up with me after my first week to see how my experiences have been so far and to make sure I knew the best ways to get in touch with them should any need arise. I'm loving the apartment and Pro Property Managenent has made the whole process very positive and pleasant.

I really don’t know much about this company or business I got a call and a text message from one of their associates she texted me a message about a customer needing some cleaning and other repair services . I spoke with the associate she told me that this customer was in need of some cleaning services. I asked her if she could give me the customers contact information so that I could contact her and schedule her for that day at 5:30. I went to the customers apartment that customer to me when a arrived at her apartment that she had to contact the landlord because she couldn’t get into her apartment so she would have to come back the next day around 8:00 am . I texted that customer to remind her I got no response back from her. Until the next day when I was heading and got to her apartment

I would just like to recognize and tell your company that I’ve had wonderful experiences with customer service. Every time I’ve spoken to Liz, she went above & beyond to help me with my issues. This is what customer service should be like. I knew after hanging up the phone that all my concerns were handled in an extremely professional way. She is a total asset to your company!
