Brown Water from Sink....took two years to get new Pipes installed, after Code Enforcement exhausted every Warnings/Citations they could give...see video of disgusting brown water coming out of our Faucets.
I have heard horror stories about this complex. I would NOT recommend. The so called owner in question doesn’t fix anything and when you bug him enough to get it done he has the nerve to yell at you. OH AND THEN HARRASS you because he had to fix your bathroom sink water that is brown.
