When we decided to look for a modular home, I spent a lot of time looking up different places that specialize in this area. I looked at floor plans, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, different designs for cabinets, kitchen islands, etc. After many hours reading reviews, I had no doubt that we needed to make a trip to Goshen and visit Sherlock Homes! Review after review was so positive! So I spoke to Jason over the phone and told him kind of what we were looking for and we scheduled a visit. My husband and I were able to walk through several model homes and see first hand examples of what was available. While this was very important and exciting for us, the most impressive thing was the large number of positive reviews, hand written letters and such from former customers! These review

We had the worst scenario with the best outcome thanks to Sherlock Holmes. There were some really unfortunate circumstances that had to be taken care of in our home and Sherlock was there to back us every step of the way communicating with the factory. Gary and Geoff treat you like family. They really stick to their word, go above and beyond, and you won't find service like theirs anywhere else.

I recently visited to tour some modular homes to see if we liked any of the layouts. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. Sadly our building location is out of their range or else they would definitely have my business! After figuring that out they still did everything to help us understand the process and gave many tips on how to go about finding the right place to look for a closer location to our building site. If you are within their service range I would definitely recommend visiting them and checking out their show models! Great people!
