We recently purchased a Kropf Island series front kitchen park model and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality are wonderful. Everything from the layout to the finishes feels thoughtfully designed and built to last. It was so fun designing our own custom home away from home! We look forward to many memories.

Biggest mistake ever, here’s a new one, first year water tank fell through the floor. Newest entire roof was installed wrong, windows are leaking, have a bowl catching water on our kitchen table, roof nails are rusted, blown through at angels. Don Kropf talks down to woman and stands behind a 1 year warranty. We have 3 companies including our insurance that said manufacturing defect. It gets better had to take off the siding to repair my windows, wait till you see these pictures. Holes cut and not taped, used duct tape on seams, seams not even taped. I keep sending all this info to Don Kropf and he don’t respond. Stay away from this crap they call quality. Horrible company and customer service! Should have never purchased! To only have one sales person is a complete joke and not to mention the mistakes that have been made to my unit are unbelievable!! Hayden needs to be replaced asap! Should have gotten an Elevation!!

We ordered our Kropf Eldorado in August got December 14th we have many issues. Pocket doors upside down lump in the bathroom under the tile linoleum chip in our toilet 🚽 the seat broke next day replaced replaced our our shower 🚿 heads. Leak in our roof all the crown molding needs recorking nicks and dents missing cage light we are awaiting one. It’s very surprising to me that they would want their name on such inferior quality. We had to wait 10 extra days for there quality checks what a joke. So many issues excuses. Poor quality would not recommend this brand of homes 🏡. My friends have Woodland Park models they have issues as well but not as bad as ours

In my book they don’t even deserve a one, but I had to give them one in order to give a review. Bought my Knopf in 2018. Tried to communicate with them at that time about the dealership I had bought from (silly me) and of course they defended the dealerships poor customer service. Just recently contacted them about replacing the spout and faucet handle in the tub/shower, and needing to know the brand so that I could get one with the correct plumbing configuration and they blew me off, saying that the dealership would have that information. Really? Weren’t they the manufacturers? In reality I am not the least bit surprised at their behavior.
