Cedarwood Apartments

I don't think i have ever met a property manager like Jackie. She makes the environment pleasant and helped without getting upset like other property managers do when you have questions. I wish there were more property managers like her. She makes sure the apartments look great when touring them. What a gem!

I just have to say Jackie Miller was amazing on handling and questions i asked on my call. She very profession and my experience with her and her representing this management was great!!

Recently all the apartments were reroofed, the parking lot got new lines painted, and any potholes that popup are filled promptly. The grounds are kept up properly. My apartment was gone through and redone completely before I moved in. I haven't had any issues with anything mechanical or electrical. I had an aerator that would go back in after cleaning and it was fixed immediately within 24hrs of notification. Jackie the property manager (landlord) is bar none, she's just great! Very understanding and helpful, non-intrusive and available when you need her. Very respectful and communicative when necessary. The area is quiet enough for being in town. Neighbors are nice and typically quiet or unheard. Overall the area is nice, walking distance of Martins, safe and comfortable surroundings out

I've been here for almost a year now and my experience has been wonderful so far. Everyone is kind and there is never any issues! My apartment is very nice and updated. I have a new roof and the parking lot is going to be updated shortly as well. The landlord is very easy to get along with and is so kind! I couldn't have found a better place!

I would like to say from my own experience that The management and staff are friendly, trustworthy and reliable helpful ppl. I say that because I know and I have noticed their strong, positive work ethic and the way maintenance issues and needs are met and resolved and accomplished as soon as possible. This neighborhood and all that surrounds is rare and peaceful. That fact means so much more than words can explain or express. So I would like to thank and express gratitude to everyone that’s included.
