Not quiet! Your neighbors steps sound like they are intentionally stomping and shaking your ceiling. I heard every concert from the 4-h fair. You can hear games from the high school Overpriced and prices go up yearly/also depending on the season of your renewal. Just got charged a random $9.95 “Rent Plus” fee and I was charged $73 more than what the statement for the month shows ($1,444 for a 1br, no garage. Was just charged almost $1,520), we don’t get receipts. They are very hard to communicate with, if you can at all. New management has been very dismissive. Extremely Unprofessional, Rude, and Exploitative – Park 33 Apartments / Pegasus Residential (Goshen, IN) I am not a resident of Park 33 Apartments in Goshen, but I went through their rental process and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered. The manager, Kelly Walsh, was extremely rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and in my experience, her behavior felt discriminatory. She treated me with a lack of respect and professionalism that was shocking for any customer-facing role. I was approved for an apartment with a move-in date set for 10/30/25, after completing all requirements and paying multiple fees. Very shady people from the property management to the maintenance guy. Will be very friendly at first, but quickly switch up. They like to lie to you also, definitely not professional I would NOT recommend this complex

Park 33 is absolutely amazing, it’s clean and just amazing overall. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I’m loving it. Although I heard that if you live on the sides it cost more in the winter? And I really hope that’s not true I just really wanted more windows, plus my bank account won’t be able to take it anymore!

Park 33 was super easy to work with and made it easy to move into my apartment. Melissa and Kelly were super helpful, and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a very nice apartment, in a good community
