The apartments are fine .. the area is a little bad because of the projects that are nearby, sometimes you see drugged people walking around the complex .. regarding the superintendent he is super lazy and never solves anything.. he is disrespectful he never answers the phone and messages ..

Apartment was nice but it’s too small for the asking price. One bedroom could only fit my Queen size bed. Not enough closet space. Otherwise great area no smoking which is good, downfall it’s too small for the asking price.

these apartments have gone from bad to worse over the years , lived here all my life and at first it was manageable but now its just horrible , back with the other owners they were cautious of who they rented to and the rent wasnt as bad , supers came to fix things right away and like i said manageable , ever since these new owners came in theyve been ruining the place and the area , theyre pretty much all about money at this point , they rent to whoever they want causing us to have nuisance of neighbors , they raise the rent yearly now , they changed the supers to some lazy ones that you get lucky if you get something fixed and if youve lived here for over 30 years then your one of the apartments they wont fix AT ALL , heat is controlled and water is controlled to the point where you bare
