Lived there for five years. July the landlord was very kind to us. She went the extra mile to make sure that every repair request was addressed quickly. Neighbors were meh but few of them we made friends with. Our place always had heat, power and running water. No issues there. Will recommend
I do not recommend, I have lived here for over a year. The landlord is very cheap and will over charge! I did not have heat for days at a time and never got accommodated. Tub is old and chipped.
