Shearwater - David Weekley Homes

BLACK MOLD IN KIDS ROOM. We have had our david weekley home for about 3 years now. To keep it short, they sent there warranty reps out today. There Is water damage that we don't know how long it's been going on now that has caused mold issues in my daughters room and my wife's closet. It is most likely coming from the Crack in the grout in our master shower.we understand that according to them grout should be inspected by the home owners. But even so we expect there to be some kind of sealant if the water does get through that doesn't cause water damage. And now there is mold in our daughters room. The house is only 3 years old. We expect some quality issues on a new build but nothing like this. They said they will send a project manager out and own up to it if it is there fault but when

We loved Shearwater so much we ended up buying a house there. It’s so beautiful and well landscaped.

Known for good floor plans, but almost no backyard is disappointing.
