I have been renting a place through Shasta Summit Properties and I am very happy with their service. Tammy Burns has been my representative and she is professional and attentive. I am very happy at the place I live. The building in which I live has been for sale and Shasta Summit Properties has handled all interactions in the most professional way to make an easy transition for all. A+ service! P.S. They have had to move buildings a couple times and so if they don't pick up the phone, just leave a message and they will return your call. These guys won’t even answer the phone and I guess their office is open when it’s convenient for them, not the customer! Good luck Shasta Summit! Business never mixes well with inconsistencies

Awful and arrogant about even showing the property they listed. Also, watch out for the properties listed "for rent" while they're on MLS for sale at the same time.

Never pick up their phone, horrible customer service.

They always take excellent care of our rental.
