I've been renting from Elite Real Estate for just under 2 years and have had a great experience! The application process was straightforward, and move-in was a breeze. If you want greedy hands to rip you off then definitely come here. Our septic tank has been open and leaking into the yard for 2 and a half months, and the first thing they did to deal with it was replacing our normal washer and dryer with coin operated machines instead of just fixing them. I don't intend to ever look at a property that's managed by these people again, and I suggest you don't even bother starting with them. The people sure do a good job of being sweet and nice, but sweet and nice doesn't fix the sewage IN OUR YARD. I have to walk by a puddle of used toilet paper and human feces every single day, and for that I intend to never do anything involving "elite" real estate in my life going forward.

Sandra is not only a very professional person but she is also a very talented, reliable, and passionate about what she does for her community and the people she works with. Every time I have walked into the office I am treated like a valued customer, with respect and gratitude from her and her employees. I also always feel welcomed by everyone in the office. When I call for a service or maintenance issue at any time of the day, Sandra and her team are on top of getting my issue resolved as quick as possible! As a property management company, I have seen this company be unprofessional as well as crossing legal lines. Would not trust or get involved. Drama. Could easily see them moving into legal troubles. They make intentionally deceiving contracts and don’t take care of their tenants not act in the best interest of property owners who hire them. STAY CLEAR!
