I would never use this title company again, if they get busy you become a number. I was refinancing my house to consolidate debt. I gave one of the title officers (Erin) a very important quit claim deed a week or more prior to signing and the title officer looked it over and stuck it in the file. I reminded her it was important. They never called me, they mailed out a form for me to fill out. A week later it was wrong they said, so they mailed out another. Finally my loan was approved and I go to sign papers and the quit claim deed I had brought in wasn't enough? They waited until the 11th hour to let me know this. I have been in the process of selling my mother’s home. She passed away, so I’ve been in charge of handling her affairs. Between the agent (I’ll review her business separately) I picked and the girl at the title company (rhymes with candy), it has been an absolute nightmare.
