Melanie and her team are absolutely wonderful!! My first experience with them was back in 2013 when I purchased my first home. Melanie was so great throughout the whole process, very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Fast forward to June of 2019 I decided to refinance my home. I looked into a couple companies and nothing felt right, infact it felt like I was doing more work than them. Finally a light bulb turned on and I decided to reach out to Melanie. Within 1 day she basically had me approved and on my way through the process. I closed in July and couldn't be happier with my experience. It was fast and simple! Highly recommended Melanie!!

She was incredibly on top of everything, kept us on track, made sure the Title Co. was doing their part, and ultimately helped us to close on our new home faster than we expected. Melanie and her team did a wonderful job. I feel like they were always looking out for our best interest. Melanie was patient and kind when I was impatient and stressed at times through the process. Also, when a part of the titling was not correct on the closing documents, Melanie and her team quickly amended the paperwork and still helped us close on time! Right before Labor Day Weekend in the middle of a pandemic! I'd say that's absolutely outstanding service!

Melanie and her staff were awesome to work. This is my second time working with Melanie (a refinance). I have refinanced more times than I would like to admit and Melanie and Jennie are, by far, the easiest and most helpful that I have ever worked with. There were issues in the beginning (not because of either Melanie of Jennie) and Jennie sailed me right through them with ease (thank you!!) I was able to shorten my loan to save myself thousands of dollars, on Melanie's recommendation I would recommend using Melanie and her team many times over. Melanie and Jennie are both awesome to work with. With this crazy market, they both kept us informed to market changes as it took almost 6 months to sell our house in Sacramento before we were able to move to Siskiyou county. While their rates were extremely competitive, their service was exceptional. I would highly recommend the personal service they provide over using an online quote farm.
