Shannon Hills Apartments

Maintenance here is aweful. There is a big pile of garbage broken wood left right next to the stairway that needs to be taken away. There are cobwebs on the windows and no bug screen.

Great place

This is the worst apartment complex you could possibly live in. I lived here for 3 years and it was awful. They are falling apart, growing mold. They are roach infested, get horrible flies and gnats during the summer because they aren't properly sealed. The landlord is absolutely awful. Refuses to fix anything, ignores phone calls and texts for weeks to months on end when you have a maintenance issue. Sometimes just ignoring you all together and NEVER fixing your issue. I didn't have a working oven the whole time i was there. One of my neighbors went without plumbing in their kitchen, and had a giant hole in their floor for months. Even after the renovations I doubt this place will be any better. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Save your money and go somewhere else, I promise they aren't worth it.
