I've had a great experience living at Shannon Creek. The community is well kept, quiet and the staff is always friendly and professional. Kilyn in the office has been especially helpful. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always takes the time to make sure residents are taken care of. Overall, Shannon Creek has been a wonderful place to stay!

I had a great experience touring apartments with Jeremy Dennis. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to walk us through each unit carefully, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we understood all the details about pricing, amenities, and the application process. Jeremy’s hospitality really stood out — he made the whole tour feel comfortable and stress-free. He wasn’t pushy at all, just helpful and informative. You can tell he truly cares about helping people find the right place that fits their needs. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy Dennis if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and professional to guide you through apartment options.

The staff is as wonderful as the premises. Maintenance is AMAZING! I have had to call a few times for minor things and the gentleman that comes has always been efficient fast and understanding of my two loud annoying chihuahuas. Today I had a bad toilet backup. It was a mess. For two days I was trying to fix it on my own and I made it worse I assume. Regardless I needed help. The beautiful warm women and gentleman in the office immediately sent maintenance to my unit. It was the same man. I believe his name is “Sean”. He came in soft and fast - I apologized for the mess he was about to see and took my dogs out so he could work in peace. My husband and I have lived in Shannon Creek for two years now and have enjoyed being a part of this community. It is family friendly, pet friendly, and safe. We enjoy the walkability of the neighborhood and the many pet areas for our dogs. If there has ever been an issue the front office has been quick to solve it. Victoria especially has been professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

We absolutely love living here! The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The manager Mrs. Leia is amazing always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we need anything. You can really tell they care about the residents. We’re so happy we chose to live here and highly recommend it!
