It is really interesting how management somehow manages to let people live in their apartments without addressing the many issues they face. It's almost like the situation goes beyond being just unkind; it feels deeply unfair. The lack of professionalism is striking, and the maintenance is nothing short of terrible. Honestly, it frustrates me that I felt like I had no choice but to accept such subpar living conditions and unjustice treatment due to my familia status. It’s disheartening to think that tenants have to lower their standards just to have a roof over their heads. I advise no one to live at this residence unless it's a temporary move from personal situations. The bathtubs were repainted and peeled when you clean them like normal. I absolutely love the management at shamrock she is nice and caring and anything I have had concerns about have been delt with in a timely fashion. I would recommend living here to anyone that's looking for a safe environment to live in.

Very nuce place to live, Management is friendly and professional and very timely with repairs. Mrs.Monica by far is the best.

Happy living here for 10 years and the management has been taken very good care of me.

The manager monica waters is so damn disrespectful and needs to be replaced. Needs better customer service skills.
