Carriage Hill

I love Carriage Hill. The apartment complex is in a nice neighborhood, and I always feel safe. Our Property Manager ShaToya Williams is very nice and approachable. She talks to the tenants wanting to know about any issues. Personally, I’ve had maintenance issues in my unit and she was prompt in sending the maintenance man over. She’s a wonderful manager! She helps to make this place feel safe and homey.

Shatoya William is a great property manager!! My move in process was amazing! She’s very sweet and kind. I’ve been here for a year without any problems, so I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon lol. There’s no place Id rather be! Thank you Shatoya! 10/10 recommend Carriage Hill.

I toured an apartment at Carriage Hill with Shatoya and she was wonderful. She was friendly, informative, and made me feel very comfortable during the tour. She took her time explaining everything and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t qualify because of the income requirements, but her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. She made what could have been disappointing feel respectful and welcoming.

Shatoya Williams is amazing! She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that comes up. She really cares about the residents and makes sure everything runs smoothly around the community. It’s always a pleasure working with her she truly goes above and beyond!

Since moving here it's been quiet, clean and the people are friendly. The property manager ShaToya Williams is very professional, helpful and down to earth, I would recommend this place for retirees and working people who want to go home to a comfortable atmosphere.
