I’ve known Mr. Best for over 30 years now. He has always conducted himself as a professional, a man of much Integrity. Phil is always going to do the right thing, even when it’s not convenient 100% would recommend premier properties!

They answered the phone promptly and were very knowledgeable. I own a few rental properties and I’ve never found anyone that I feel comfortable with managing them. However, if I purchase anything in Dublin, I will use Premier properties of Dublin. They are great.

Customer service is Great. Fast response time with calling back to help fix my issue. properly fixed my problem in under a week. Very happy to have chosen this rental company 😀

Over a dozen issues that they are refusing to fix with the house I am renting from them. They will tell you they will fix stuff but then don't and lie about what a repair man said to avoid fixing stuff (and I know it's a lie because I spoke to the repair man myself). They are no joke allowing water leaks and electrical faults to go without repairing them. Lee Lumley who works there will look you dead in the eye and lie to you.
