The leasing/management team is very pleasant and easy to work with. They helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions when I needed to break my lease early. They helped me every way they could to ensure that I would get my full security deposit back! For as long as you try your best leaving the unit as good as it was when you moved in and keep good communication with the team the whole process is smooth. Not one single person gave me a hard time on anything, even when I felt I was being annoying.

They seem pretty nice and I wouldn’t mind living here but for Dublin Ga the rent is too high for this area

Not sure why there's some negative reviews but my wife, son and I lived here for about 7 months before my job transferred me. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and it was very nice. The complex it self was very nice as well with there dog parks, playground,pool and clubhouse. My son absolutely loved going to the pool and playground. The company does a good job of having maintenance and inspections done and is good about giving proper notice. Never been bothered or had an issue here.

Gorgeous apartment complex. Great improvement to the Dublin area. As someone from the NE, you can tell that Curry Companies is trying to turn that small city into something that would attract a certain caliber of people. I was unable to get approved for the unit as a university employee which is sad, but hey it is what it is. They require the monthly rental amount to be no more than 30% of your income. So keep that in mind before you even attempt to apply. But, again, very beautiful and new with tons of amenities. You really get some bang for your buck. Leasing agent was helpful and positive and worked hard to expedite my application process. Appreciate the efforts.

The apartments are nice and the neighbors i met were great. They invade privacy every 90 days for an apartment inspection. They will find any reason possible to steal security deposit. No one is leaving that place with full deposit back.
