Shaliko Apartment Homes

I absolutely love living here. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and have never had a problem with Shaliko or Sequoia. They’ve always been so helpful and compassionate with rent, maintenance requests, and fixing amenities. They also have super fun events and free cold brew in the club house. They’ve seriously got a whole coffee bar in there with syrups, whipped cream, and cold foam! The office staff are super nice and always say hello. Would definitely recommend Shaliko.

This apartment complex and the people that work are incredible! James is wonderful. He helped me every step of the way to ensure that I can be close to my daughter here at Shaliko. If I could rate more I would . 5 stars is not enough for him . He is truly an amazing person. James helped me from start to finish . Answered all my questions and guided me throughout the whole process. James is the best leasing consultant I have ever encountered. 100 stars! Thank you James for everything.

I have lived at Shaliko apartments for little over 2 years and absolutely love it. The management and maintenance team are awesome shoutout to the new manager James and the maintenance team Alex and Ben. They resolve any issues promptly and are very respectful. The neighbors we have here are great peaceful people!

I had the stressful task of finding a new apartment home. I was so fortunate to stumble across the Shaliko apartment complex. I was able to get an appointment with James for a showing and this extremely quaint and cozy complex is doing everything right. James was very welcoming and made sure he knew what my preferences and needs were, he showed me around this lovely property with really well thought out amenities, and I found my new home. I’m so excited about my move! Thank you James, and Ryan for helping find my new place.

My husband and I loved at the Shaliko apartment homes for a little over 2 years. It was one of the best home memory we had and it is because of their staff (Ryan, James and, Brittany) who were very welcoming and always helpful if we had any issues around the house which were very minor. Their maintenance team is also outstanding and very professional. We would have loved to stay here but we had to relocate due to a change in my husband’s work place. It is very nostalgic to us every time we drive up I80 to visit our family in Auburn. But I wanted to post this message of gratitude, which is way over due. Anyone looking for a clean, quiet, cute apartment homes with professional staff, this is it. So much love and gratitude to all the folks who made our time at Shaliko memorable. We thank you
