The Terraces at Stanford Ranch II

We’ve been living here for a little over a year now, and it’s been a great experience from the start. The leasing team is professional, friendly, and always responsive whenever we have a question or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept clean and well-maintained. It really feels like home here, and we appreciate how smoothly everything has gone over the past year.

One of the best places to live! I renewed my lease because along with absolutely new homes, I get the most responsive staff, clean areas, beautiful pool, fully functional gym, safety, and convenience to almost everywhere. This seems like a paid reference, but purely my own. Thanks to Melissa, Rae, Hannah, and team!

My recent move has been such a smooth experience so far. The communication has been clear and consistent, and I really appreciate the great follow-through every step of the way. It’s made what could have been a stressful process so much easier and more positive. Highly recommend this community!

Great area and decent homes. Your car does get towed if you don’t have a proper parking pass even if it’s registered to the complex and they will also send you to collections for money that you already paid to them! :) The office staff is nice but can be hard to get ahold of.

They are the worst. The garages are micro small. They towed a car merely because my stupid paper wasn’t on the dash. The complex is very cheaply made. Even the outlets feel cheap. Thank God I got the hell out of there. I recently got a letter from a collection agency for $200 post move out and I had even hired a cleaner! Avoid at all costs.
