Sutter Ridge

This community is so beautiful! I adore the trees and that it’s tucked away into a little neighborhood. Quarry park is a short walk away and I love that you can walk to a grocery store if needed.

I have lived here for a little over 10 years total in a few different units. The front office staff are very friendly and have helped me numerous times over the years with any questions I have. The maintenance staff respond quickly and do a good job making sure your unit is taken care of. The complex is very quiet, clean, and well kept up on. I'm very happy here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Rocklin.

Been here for a year and a half and it’s great. The maintenance guys Ryan and Andrew are the best. They respond to every quickly and efficiently. They are very respectful when they come into my apartment. Gotta love great maintenance guys!!

The staff here are amazing! They’re friendly, respectful, and outgoing. I’ve been here going on two years and have never experienced anything negative. From the office staff to maintenance staff, they are all good, professional people.

My partner and I moved to Sutter Ridge a little over a month ago and the experience has been absolutely so great ever since we came in for the in-person tour, submitted our application, and speedily got approved! I recently graduated college and was looking to move away from the hustle bustle central city areas of the Sacramento region, so I was looking for affordable options and Sutter Ridge was just that! To live in such a well-kept and quiet complex where you have respectful neighbors is such a good value for the price we signed at, not to mention the location is awesome since you’re just a hop, skip, and jump away from Roseville, and only an exit away from all the great stores on Sierra College Blvd. Not to mention, the Walmart right around the corner from the complex is probably the
