Rocklin Ranch Apartments

Just had some service completed at my apartment by Jake & Chris. I’ve been a long time resident and have always been happy with the maintenance service quality and timely responses. Living here in Rocklin has been a really positive experience. The leasing team is always friendly, helpful, and on top of things, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Any time I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff deserves just as much credit. They show up fast, fix things the right way the first time, and are consistently respectful and professional. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, well-run place to live, and the people who work here are a big part of why.

The party is great. You could use signs at the doors you can’t go thru. Ice cream was yummy , tacos good but could use salsa and chips. Would like to talk to you about starting game nights, puzzle exchange and social boards. Management is wonderful. Love it here. Thanks for making my transition so great. Love that the grounds are kept up so well.

Active military, been here for just under a year, but was at a sister property prior that did a lot of similar events. I gotta say, these complexes do so much more than any other place we've lived in the last 4 years. Live DJ playing the hits, free food, booze, and ice cream.... Can't go wrong. So the DJ plays a couple accidental explicit songs, or the tacos are from an unmanned bar and are not the best tacos you've ever had... Who cares? Have another margarita and enjoy your time with the community. Love living here so far and can't wait to renew our lease in the fall assuming the rent stays the same 🤞🏼. All in all, this complex is excellent and the parties are actually worth your time to stop and enjoy.

What an amazing summer event hosted by Rocklin Ranch Apartments! Great food, ice cream, decorations, and music. It's fun to feel part of a big family💙
