Shaker Collection Apartments

Stayed here for almost 3years. We never had any issues with our unit. Management was always there with any issues, but you need to call them, sometimes maybe visit them in-person to address any concerns. We never had pests, roaches problem. Location is great, neighborhood is good. I did not feel unsafe here. Recommended

Malik was awesome! Not only did he help me select the perfect apartment, but he made sure to guide me throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions & making my move-in process smooth. I am very grateful!!

Nice place to the call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day.I love the convenience of the elevator and parking and convenient to the RTA station.Nice view of sunset at the roof top.

Don’t move here Bad roaches plz be careful if you have nice things I still have not moved all my things in I’m paying for a storage unit because I’m afraid to put my couch in these apartments bad roaches BAD they have many maintenance man living in the apartments that the staff is sleeping with very unprofessional these man are very aggressive I told my husband several times they are flirting with me and saying very nasty things also they smoke weed you can smell it all in garage and on 1st floor rude staff the maintenance man and staffs are sleeping with each other and the 2 lady’s in office are rude you need to contact the corporate office if you really need help the main office has these childish stuff that locks 🔒 you out office and don’t answer your calls plz don’t more here also thi
