Shadow Ridge Apartments

Due to Covid19 the lady would not let me inside their office. (There was a note on the door requiring people to wear a mask.) Why have a note on the door if your not even going to let an inquiring leasee inside the office? Bonus, lol the lady in the office didn't even have on a mask. The odor from the office reaked of cigarette smoke smell. Very negative and just gave me a really bad vibe, like I hadn't been referred by someone she knew prior to my arrival; a "go on" type of attitude. I asked for an application and I was told hang on and she shut the door leaving me standing in the heat for a long time; truthfully, approx. 8 minutes. The lady mentioned of a deposit that was nonrefundable and she had no one bedroom apartments downstairs and no one had given a notice of moving out. Long stor

I don’t understand why some people say it’s a bad place. I have been here 5 or 6 years and the manager is good kind and hard working lady . I believe she has worked miracles here getting rid of the people who are not doing what is clearly in our leases I think the apts have really improved since I first moved here . I have a one bedroom and I love it very nice and roomy. Thank you

Me and my mother went to speak to someone about an apartment for my aunt. The lady in the office was rude and unhelpful. I honestly can't see how she continues to have a job with such a horrible attitude. People if u can help it stay away from this place. This company obviously don't mind her behavior
