Shadow Ridge Apartments

I have lived her for almost 3 years. The staff is amazing. They are understanding, patient and compassionate. The property is always clean and the landscaping is top notch, and the laundry rooms are cleaned daily. I find Shadow Ridge a very pleasant place to live. I love most of my neighbors! My dog loves laying on my patio soaking up the sun. Thank you Shadow Ridge!

I had the pleasure of living at Shadow Ridge Apartments for the past year, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I moved in, everything has been top-notch. The complex itself is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping, clean common areas, and a peaceful environment. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool, which made my time here all the more enjoyable. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the management team, and specifically, Sylvanna. She is hands down the best property manager I've ever worked with. Sylvanna is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are taken care of. We have lived here since September and it is by far the best apartment experience we have ever had. Everyone we have worked with as far as management and maintenance goes has always been super friendly, attentive and efficient. Just as of Monday, we had a few issues that were handled same day. The location is conveniently close to shopping areas and the freeway all while being nestled up a quiet, neighborhood street. The property and landscaping is immaculate and it makes me happy to live in such well-taken care of place.

The management was helpful and kind before I moved into the apartment. However, things changed after the lease was signed, specifically with the apartment manager. He was condescending and unhelpful whenever we asked for his assistance. For instance, when nonresidents were loitering in the laundry room and engaging in indecent behaviors, he said it wasn't his concern and suggested I call the police instead. Another instance was when I tried to locate him in the office before I moved out, but every time I went there, there was a sign to come back at a later time, and every time I returned at the posted time, there was nobody there and a new time posted. You are charged cleaning and painting fees when you move out, regardless of how clean you left the unit. I left my unit much cleaner than I

Moved into the complex in early August 2022 with girlfriend and rabbit. Starting from the very first interaction with management, they were super helpful and friendly. There is only one reserved parking spot for each one bedroom unit but there is plenty of guest parking inside and outside on the street, which gets very little foot traffic and is quite safe (for being this close to a big highway). Maintenance has always been on top of requests every time something needs to be done. And the assistant manager Sylvanna is amazing. From finding our apartment, to making sure we’re comfortable, she is on it. I find it hard to believe some of these reviews saying that they get treated with disrespect or that no one gets back to you about requested maintenance.. It’s not going to get magically fixe
