Where do I start. I am so happy we ended up here at Shadow Ridge. I was drawn in by the beautiful well kept grounds, trees and plants galore. Then I was hooked with the well maintained buildings. We have lived here a few years and I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It’s wonderful how dog friendly it is here. My dog loves visiting the office to say hi to Erin who is very welcoming. He then will make his rounds saying hi to everyone else in the office. Maintenances has always been fast to respond and fix any issues we might have. I feel the staff works hard to keep this place running smooth and I really do appreciate it. Keep up the good work

Shannon is truly one of the kindest, most patient, and most understanding property managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I had a water leak in my apartment recently, and the management team handled it really well. Erin, Jose and Victor responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had the issue resolved right away. It was a stressful situation, but their good communication and fast action made it much easier to deal with. I really appreciate how attentive and professional the staff were
