IMT Wood Ranch

BUYER BEWARE!!! IMT WOOD RANCH has a mice problem and they wont do anything to fix it. Mice got into my storage closet and destroyed all of my belongings, camping equipment, car seat, stroller, keepsake box of my daughters clothes etc etc and their response was to throw down some sticky pads and tell me to clean it up. They refuse to fix how the mice are getting access to the patios and storage closets here and are continuing to let their tenants belongings become infested with literal rats NESTS. My neighbors have had the same issue and if you walk through the property you will see where people have tried to seal their patios off themselves. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Maintenance guys are great but the managers and IMT Corporate are hiding a huge mice problem and choosing not to fix it. BUYER

My experience with this place has been very disappointing. Unfortunately, I found the management team to be unresponsive and unwilling to honor their commitments. Promises made during discussions were not followed through, and I strongly recommend keeping clear documentation of any communication or agreements, as verbal assurances may not be upheld. There appears to be a lack of transparency in how charges are applied, and I felt that guest concerns were not treated with the level of respect or care one would expect. I truly hope to complete my lease early and move on from this experience.

I would highly recommend IMT Wood Ranch to anyone looking to live in this area. The facilities are clean and modern and the management is generous -- supplying the resident lounge with shiny new coffee and water dispensers, offering free snacks in the leasing office, and always greeting people with a smile! The apartments have modern appliances, friendly and efficient maintenance technicians, and sensible open layouts. What really sealed the deal for us to make IMT Wood Ranch our new home was our interaction with Kevin from the leasing office. Kevin helped us every step of the process.
