Very nice units well kept by a polite professional maintenance man and Gail in the office will always answer your questions. The past management has been nice but with new ownership believe it will only improve. There is a laundry room on site which is really appreciated and shopping nearby.
It is a nice maintained place for us, All staff are so professional .thanks very much.
I needed a slate replaced for my sliding door. They replaced it the next day.
Beautiful property with fabulous modern apartments. The management especially Ms. Gail is professional, thorough with recruitment of apartment applicants and always available for questions. Our premises is very well manicured by the landscape teams. We have an on sight maintenance person Ginsi who is available for any fixes. Our pool is always sparkling clean. Great location here in the hills of Simi Valley.
