Erika is absolutely amazing! She came by today to take care of two of my maintenance requests, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was punctual, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed perfectly. What really stood out was her friendly attitude and attention to detail, she took the time to explain what she was doing and made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, professional, and kind. Huge thanks to Erika for making the whole experience smooth and stress free!

I want to thank Jesus for his service at Shadow Oaks Apartments. There was a clog in my kitchen right before Thanksgiving, and he came to my door on the next morning. God I was grateful! He helped removing water from the sink and unclogged the kitchen pipe with "snake". When water clogged again, he went further to call a plumber and fix it, all within 2 hours! I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for the family and everybody was happy. I really appreciate it!

This apartment has a beautiful and tidy environment, and all the staff provide excellent service. Paul from the maintenance department takes his work seriously and responsibly, and I am particularly moved by the timely maintenance. Additionally, the staff member Michel is very friendly, diligent, and responsible. I really like and love this apartment. I will stay here forever.

This place is full of extremely nosy neighbors, along with an incompetent office staff that won’t do anything to solve any problems. The only good part about this place is the maintenance people. Falsely advertised apartment saying it’s full hardwood and turns out it was carpet in the rooms and hardwood in the living area. They said they can’t do anything about it AFTER a lease was signed. They do not enforce any guest parking issues and the whole place only has 8 guest parking spots always full of resident cars causing people to park wherever they want. They will target you and threaten to tow you constantly even though they don’t enforce their guest parking. Gate is always broken, trashes are always full, and it’s noisy as hell. Stay far far away.

In September of 2019 my wife and I rented an apartment in Shadow Oaks until now. Here under is our review about our opinions on this neighborhood. Especially during the past 2 years. I would like to state that the place is extremely clean, the apartment is 3 bedrooms and it’s very spacey, and comfortable. Before we moved they remodeled it completely. We don’t have any complaints about the inside of the apartment. The management is absolutely outstanding! We place is perfection, for example the gate was never ever broken, the complex is clean. They always managed to clean the pool and make it a fun environment. The restrooms and shower rooms, honestly all of it is super clean and cozy. The management is taking care of all the residents.
