Shadow Creek Apartments

Lived in these apartments for about 3 years and have never felt more at home. Cece, The office lady, is amazing and very helpful. The units are spacious and amenities are nice. Minor issues at first but nothing that can’t be fixed. It’s very peaceful and quiet.

I found these apartments on FB marketplace and spoke to Cece. She quickly responded. The application process was quick and I was shown a unit the same day. My husband is leaving for BT and just wanted my girls and me to be safe. The neighborhood is quiet and older people❤️ The staff here are wonderful. The units are older, and had some minor issues prior to me moving in, They are very spacious. I would recommend to anyone, in the area to come over and really take a look at this place.

Nosiey people. Need better maintenance person an better management. Smell of drugs being smoked around the property. Pool looks green all the time barely open.

I had an appt on 12 Sep to see an apartment at 1pm. I arrived 3 minutes early. Shortly after 1 the maintenance man showed up but said he couldn't show the apt. I waited a couple of minutes more and then left. He said the lady was not back from lunch. In my opinion this is very poor customer service

I’m not a resident of this place but I do live down the street from this apartment complex. We heard several gun shots coming from this apartment complex around midnight, on 6/1/2024. Later that night we heard a couple arguing loudly where we could hear everything (word per word) from where we lived that lasted for a good 30 mins. Lastly, this is not the first time we heard gun shots from this complex as we heard it a couple months ago this year. I’m just concerned due to the fact that the housing area I’m part of is heavy populated by veterans and retirees. As well, I do know that there are a lot of active duty service members from Randolph AFB that live at this apartment complex. The management really need to do something about the safety of their residents and increase their security. I
