SO BAD DONT RENT HERE! I used to have a friend group that always go out and the workers get mad js for riding bikes and playing soccer on the grass field for no reason BUT PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

SO BAD SO BAD THE MANAGER ISN’T GOOD. She is rude and doesn’t even know about the law I had to teach her. Plus She doesn’t do her job properly There was construction going on so I woke up for no water at all in my apartment I called the utilities and told them that I pay my bills so why they did that They said “sir we will have construction going on today and we told ur apartment’s management they must told u. Literally everybody in the complex didn’t have an idea at all. We all were pissed off all day with no water in our apartments. So bad so bad so bad

DO NOT RENT HERE! The maintenance is terrible, they always blame you for something not working. They want to charge you for everything and anything they do to the apt. Just an FYI, the water needs to run for about 10/15 min before it getting warm. I told maintenance and he said “everyone shares the same boiler, you need to find a different time to shower” They have homeless coming into the property. The manager is terrible, she always has a little nasty attitude. The rent keeps going up, it’s ridiculous. There’s better out there! The staff is a major problem. Save your money and take it elsewhere. Thank me later.

It is so bad here, stay away! My mom lives here and currently her boyfriends car got stolen away from the Parking lot!!!! It is ridiculous and it seems that the staff might be involved with this as they act very suspiciously. Manager and owners don't even care as it seems they are all used to these horrible acts!!! Expensive and very threatening place. Told mom to move out immediately since the first week she moved in they broke into her car and stole valuables!!! Beware people.

Wow I’m surprised at all these bad ratings. I lived there in 2015-2017 and I loved it. The manager is super friendly helpful and maintenance is usually there within a few mins to a few hrs depending on how busy they are. The spray monthly for roaches just as part of maintenance to keep them away. I’m looking to move back in the next couple of months. I didn’t have any of the bad experiences these other people have had.
