Absolute trash servicing company. They do escrow analysis off cycle from tax billing and use the wrong tax amounts and inflate payments to cover imaginary shortages for escrow. If you are unfortunate enough to have your mortgage serviced by this company, do yourself a favor and request an escrow waiver to pay your own taxes and insurance. They are beyond incompitent in calculating such a simple payment.
