Madison Ridge

I am so very happy with my move to Madison Ridge. Everyone has been very accommodating and anything I have needed to be done maintenance is always there. Loving the valet garbage pickup. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Still trying to get settled in. My moving truck will be here later this week.

We’ve been living at Medison Ridge for 10 months and overall we’re happy with it. The area is quiet, the property is well maintained, and everything in the apartment works as it should. Management is responsive, and the location is convenient. It’s been a comfortable place to live.

Love living here. Hanna is always so nice and attentive to our needs. She always says hi with a smile no matter where out on property she may be. Definitely a great choice!

Manager Hanna is constantly absent from the office. We repeatedly come during business hours, and she is never at her desk. In addition, our trash has not been collected multiple times. We have filed complaints about this issue, yet the trash continues to be left outside our door. This situation is unacceptable and reflects poor management and lack of responsibility.

Madison Ridge is a great place to live. The property is always well maintained, the apartments are cozy, and the neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant. I especially want to highlight the community manager, Hanna George. She is a true professional—always attentive, responsive, and ready to help. It’s a pleasure to deal with someone who genuinely cares about the residents. Thank you to the entire Madison Ridge team for providing such excellent service!
