I regret to say that my experience with Toll Brothers Homes has been quite disappointing. While their name carries a certain prestige, the actual quality of service and deliverables has fallen far short of expectations. I engaged the same sub-contractors to complete various tasks, and it has been disheartening to observe the lack of responsiveness from both the construction management team and the warranty support team, as stipulated in their contract. Basic needs and concerns have often gone unanswered for extended periods. In addition, it's disconcerting to note that numerous unresolved issues persist in almost every home within the development.
