IMT Edgewater

During my application process to become a tenant at IMT Edgewater, I had the pleasure of working with the leasing agent, Nick Niadoo, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. He took the time to explain every detail of the leasing process, ensuring I understood everything clearly. What stood out the most was his exceptional interpersonal skills. He genuinely cares about building relationships with future residents, making the experience not just transactional but personable. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made a potentially stressful situation feel smooth and enjoyable.

Manager and Asst manager were very helpful on the day of my move! Joseph Villanueva is a rockstar on his job. I dont need to say anything else. He is that good! Apartment complex in general is AWESOME with all the ameneties available for everyone in the community. Pool, bbq stands, gym, computer room with printer, and much more. People are pleasant. Grounds well maintained. Hallway a bit stained probably from dripping garbages when they put them out theirndoor. That’s minor.

We had an amazing experience touring an apartment at Edgewater with Elizabeth Ramsey! She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. Elizabeth took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and informed about the leasing process.
