Serenza at Ocoee Village Apartments

I gotta say I love it here. The gym is perfect for my son and I, we always feel so welcome. Serenza is perfectly located close by shopping grocery store and some amazing restaurants. The bus picks up and drops off right inside the community.

It’s beautiful at serenza the lighting in the bathroom is amazing! The team truly cares. Community isn’t just a word it’s a feeling. We love it here and we are very happy to call serenza home!

I having been living here for almost 1 year and I am giving Serenza at Ocoee a 5 star. This is based first on the front desk staff. The manager Antoinette is awesome. She is always pleasant, always smiling and always eager to assist with whatever issue you may be having. The complex is very quiet which I love. They are quick to address any maintenance issues you may have. I have one vehicle and I can usually get the same spot right in front of my unit. The complex is kept very clean and the landscape is kept up very well. I have not had any safety issues since I have been here.

I just moved in recently and had to shout out Austin and Teresa. They’ve been super helpful with everything I needed. They made sure my unit was spotless and were very respectful and welcoming which made my move from out of state that much better. The maintenance team has been very quick and helpful as well.
