Ocoee Village Townhomes

When we first moved in, rent was around $2,600 a month, and at the time it felt reasonable for the space and location. But after renewing, it jumped to $3,000 a month, which is absolutely ridiculous for what’s offered here. We’ve been living here for over a year, and we just recently got access to the amenities. Even now, the pool is supposedly “open,” but there’s constant construction happening around it, so it’s hardly usable. The community has also gone downhill. It honestly feels like anyone can move in the smell of weed is constant, there’s loud music blasting from cars, and people speeding through the neighborhood at all hours. I’m giving this place 3 stars only because these neighbors are unbearable. I love the place and location but these people are so selfish. I don’t understand how someone can be so loud in their own space. How am I in the privacy of my own home and I’m hearing the tv blaring from next door AT ALLLLLLL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT, literally. reason I know is because I work from home. Why I’m hearing balls bouncing off walls at 8am. Why I’m hearing doors and cabinets slamming. Why I’m hearing stomping and running up and down stairs. Also having issues with the people that live next me they were shutting of the water to my property on a weekly basis, how I know? Because when I call the water company and they had to come to the property twice, they realized that the water was being turned off in

We recently contacted Yari about renting at this property. She was amazing! Our transfer is from out of state and she was absolutely wonderful, professional and very detailed and explaining the property and the unit. We were looking for a place to settle, and this has become home for us. Russ and Yari were incredible helpful throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment

Once we went in for the tour and were told the online price already includes 6weeks free it kind of ruined our plans to move in. Sucks because this place looked decent. I get it, you're going to say you try to to make all this information visible online ...but you don't. You really don't, or I wouldn't be the 3rd person complaining about it in the reviews. Keeping options open this just moved to the bottom 😔
