Arya at Windermere

Reality is the best proof that Arya is a wonderful property that offers its residents comfort, luxury, and excellent service. To each their own, but some people are never satisfied. All I can say is that living in Arya is like living in a 5-star resort. Arya having a professional staff with excellent customer service and maintenance team that keeps the property Clean.

Arya At Windermere is such a lovely place to live. It is a great location to all your needs. Maybe shopping at the Winter garden village or just a quick trip to the supermarket, everything is so close by. This is not an apartment complex as it feels like a forever home. Staff and residents are so lovely. From the moment you walk in, you will just never want to leave. I would highly recommend this property if you’re not looking just for yourself, but for a loved one.

Wind down Wed. was great this week! The tacos and Margaritas were delicious and beautifully presented. This is the kind of thing we were looking forward to when we moved here. There was great attention to appearance of the food and really wonderful effort by the staff.

After touring Arya at Windermere in September, 2025, the friendly tenants and staff were main factors in us choosing to submit an application. Socialization in our retirement chapter of life is important, and we were welcomed at Arya with opened arms. Tonight, for instance, was a fun evening with fellow Arya residents at Wine Down Wednesday, with Arya providing several wine, soda, and delicious snack options. We were then entertained by some very talented tenants singing Karaoke songs!

This is my HAPPY PLACE! I don’t ever want to move from here. If you like the idea of knowing your neighbors, and having activities to share in, I highly recommend Arya at Windermere. If you want to watch a movie with friends on a Friday night, but don’t want to drive and park at night, then I recommend the movie room Arya at Windermere. If you want to play a regular game of canasta or five-crowns, with people you know and enjoy, and not need to leave your building, then Arya at Windermere is for you! If you want the comforts of luxury living, and have the peace and quiet of a senior building, but also bring your grandkids to play a game of corn-hole, then Arya at Windermere can be your happy place too. I love everything about this place, including the manager Catherine, and especially Jes
