I had an amazing experience, and I can’t say enough good things about Karina. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Her customer service was outstanding she took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend asking for Karina if you want the best experience possible!

I am currently apartment shopping with my husband and I just have to say as much as this process can be a bit stressful, Karina has made it so much better! She is honestly one of the best agents I’ve ever encountered! Her energy is so warm and welcoming and she was also very knowledgeable with any concerns I had! We checked out one bedroom floor plans and she even showed me so many options. I was honestly very impressed with the property and how clean they were. Thank you Karina for being so great!!

Our dryer had been taking longer than usual to dry. We solved this easliy by just adding more time to the cycle....no big deal. Recently we set the dryer to run and went to bed.....woke up and the dryer was still running. When the first service call was placed the tech said the dryer vent hose was clogged with wet lint which would explaine the longer drying cycles because the moist air couldn't escape. They closed the 1st service call, but when i stopped home for lunch found dryer still in pieces with a email asking to review the service. Placed 2nd emergency call, went back to work. While at work recieved another email asking to review the service thinking they had fixed it this time, but came home end of day (Friday) and found dryer still in pieces. "NEW" problem of not shutting off

I had a great experience with Luis Gonzalez maintenance technician. He was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable, and he made sure I understood exactly what was being done. His work was efficient and well organized, and everything was completed much faster than expected. Going forward, he will be my first choice for any maintenance needs in my apartment. I’m extremely happy with the results and would gladly recommend his services to others.

i wasn’t going to write a bad review but after they sent me to collections I just had to. I moved out of this property one month ago and do not recommend living here. Safety is a major concern. The gates are consistently left open, and my car was broken into during my tenancy. Management did not take effective action to address these security issues. Amenities were poorly maintained. The gym equipment was frequently broken and often left unrepaired. Move-out billing was handled unprofessionally. After moving out, I was not notified of any outstanding balance before my account was sent to collections. I was charged a $30 move-out fee and $180 for carpet cleaning, despite leaving the carpet in excellent condition (I have photo evidence). Had I been properly informed, I would have paid imm
