Serenity Villas

my Grandpa is living here. I've tried multiple times to visit, and talk to him they dont allow it ! I feel like he's locked away! What type of senior home is this that You can't speak to your loved ones! I've left numerous messages no call back, this is horrible I need to see him& how he's doing

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and respect for my apartment complex manager Veronica.....I am now going on 3 years that I have lived here at serenity villas......she has a abundance of responsibilities to take care of in her day to day employment.....this is not a small complex, it is 174 units on the property..... She is a very conscientious woman who has way way above average skills and a great big heart.....she is a valuable asset to the residential tenants and our general community and beyond.....I have always loved how she goes above and beyond to assist our senior citizens living here.... Veronica thanks for helping us senior citizens in our journey through time.... And Grateful we have crossed paths.....God first in all things!!!!!!

Horrible place. Harassment for being young? For not living there I can’t even visit my elderly aunt. I was also attacked here by this crazy guy with a baseball bat because some old bitter was mad that I closed the door on her and I didn’t give in to her throwing liquids on me and my wife. I know better than to put my hands on anybody that’s looking for a fight. I’m a calm person and these people are trying to make me look like a bad person. I was attacked as I was leaving the second floor going down the stairs carrying my bikes over my shoulder. I wrestled with the man only to remove the bat from his hands and when I let him loose I was forced to jump infront of this man trying to swing a baseball bat at my pregnant wife. All I did was hold his hands to let my wife exit the hallway safely.

If 0 stars was option I’d go for that. Absolutely horrible communication and management. Staff are beyond clueless, rude and generally inept - it’s an absolute mess. Do not waste your time or be fooled! They don’t reply to calls, emails and ultimately take advantage of low income elderly people. This property should be shut down or entirely re staffed. -- UPDATE: The office's response about not meeting my grandmother's needs is entirely false and a lie. She was scheduled and prepared to move in and we received zero communication up until the day prior to the scheduled move in so she cancelled. They then cashed her deposit a month later despite our cancellation and instead of apologizing blamed us and were rude. Run the other direction!

This is a great big shout-out for maintenance Manger of serenity villas Pomona California Johnathon....he is extremely professional and very talented,not to mention his skills are impeccable.!!!! I'm grateful for having you on -board the managements team and staff......us senior citizens appreciate your time and friendship.. and positive attitude... sincerely FRANK C
